Get Support

Existing clients can use this page to get connected to a Support Engineer

Remote Desktop Support

Step 1: Read all steps, then click the following link to go to the Remote Support Session page at join.zoho.com.

Step 2: Get your Session ID from your Support Engineer and type it into the Zoho Assist screen that opened from the link above. Then type your name and click “Join Session

Step 3: Click Download

Step 4: Once the download finishes, click on the downloaded file to run it. If you don’t see the download in a status bar at the bottom of your browser, check your DOWNLOADS folder on your computer.

Step 5: Click “Yes/Run” on any security popups, then once you see the “Join Session” screen you can click “Join“.

Final Step: That’s it, your Support Engineer should be able to get connected now.
